Cost of Membership:
$99 per Month (this fee becomes a cash credit on your account for 35 days - credits do not roll over and must be used within the 5 week period)
Cancel any time. Member signup is FREE with a 6 month commitment. Cancelations within the initial 6 month period will result in a $50 automatic, nonrefundable fee.

I’m in! How do I sign up? We have 2 convenient ways for you to sign up for the Beauty Cult Membership. One way is to visit our studio during normal business hours. We will have you give your credit card information and sign your contract. We will have a special gift bag to give you to welcome you to the Beauty Cult! You can sign up on the day of your next appointment or when you need to come in an grab some product. We will give you the membership pricing for any purchases the day you sign up! The second way to become a member is to sign up online through your patient portal. (Click here to sign up.) Then click on the “Memberships”.
After I pay my membership fee, how long do I have to use my $99 credit? You will have 35 days to use your credit once your card has been charged. You must use your credit within the allotted time period. We will not issue refunds for unused credits. Our Beauty Cult Membership is best suited for customers who visit our studio to care for their skin or purchase products on a monthly basis.
May I cancel any time? Yes, you may cancel any time, but if you do choose to cancel before completing 6 months of paid membership, you will be charged an automatic $50 fee.
May I use my $99 monthly credit towards anything I want? You may use your monthly credit toward any and all services and products offered at EB Skin. The only things that you are not allowed to use the credit towards are gift cards, services for other people, and future service credits.
If I can’t come in one month, can I give my credit to someone else? No. Membership credits my not be shared with other customers including spouses, children, or friends. If you can’t make it in for a treatment within your 5 week credit period, we recommend using your credit to purchase one of your favorite skincare products. You may also use your member credit to purchase retail products as gifts or for anyone in your household.
What if I live outside of Nashville for part of the year, or what if I have a procedure that prevents me from using my membership? Each Beauty Cult member is allowed one account freeze per year for up to a 6 month period. Just let us know before your payment date and we will freeze or unfreeze your membership.
What’s up with the $50 cancelation fee? This fee is designed to discourage individuals from starting and stopping memberships at will. As long as your membership stays active for a 6 month initial period of payments, you will never be charged this fee. Cancelation is free after the initial 6 month active period. If you freeze your account during this period, you must complete 6 paid, active months to receive free cancelation.
